We are a friendly supportive bunch, everyone is welcome. We're not linked to a writers group, we provide a platform for writers to get their words heard!

Upstairs at the Waverley Bar, we have a performance space and toilets. Drinks are available from the down stairs bar and it's open until late! You are welcome to stay and enjoy a drink.
This is a celebration of fiction and prose, nonfiction, memoir and creative nonfiction, there will be no poetry, Edinburgh has many fantastic poetry open mics.
We ask our readers to perform work that is non-triggering.
That means we want to avoid sexual asault, abuse and suicide. Be inclusive, fair and it's ok to swear.
