Semilla Cupping @ Coffee Nexus

Join us for an industry cupping session showcasing fresh crop coffees from Guatemala and Honduras, plus a few surprises. This is a chance for Edinburgh's coffee professionals to get a first look at lots from two smallholder groups whose coffee has never before been imported to Scotland.

Semilla commits to specific groups who lack market access with a long term vision of building reliable relationships centred around deep traceability. We work with one group in each origin and aim to buy their whole harvest every year. Come find out more about why this model is different and taste these delicous coffees!

The cupping will be led by Rachel Beebe, a certified Q Grader, former roaster and founder of the Cuppers' Union with over a decade of experience in the coffee industry.
