WHAT WE’LL COVER 

Just in time for the Holiday Season, we won’t be making boxes full of cookies… we’ll be making boxes MADE from cookies! 

Get ready to unleash your inner decorator with this fun, hands-on class inside L’OCA Labs, where we’ll be using our own renowned gingerbread cookie recipe to decorate and assemble edible cookie masterpieces! 

 
Throughout this class, you’ll develop a range of decorating techniques, from brush stroke embroidery to working with fondant, and several piping techniques. 

 
By the end of the class, you’ll have created your very own tasty treasure chest, but will you keep it for yourself? Use it as a holiday centrepiece? Or give it away as a gift?  
That’s up to you, as long as you can resist the temptation to eat it on the way home!  

WHAT’S INCLUDED

 This Edible Cookie Gift Boxes class is designed for all ages, 12 years and up. 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating. 

Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.  
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment. 

Refunds are only available for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to the class.
