WHAT WE’LL COVER Our talented Chef Khesh will be preparing an intimate and exquisite three-course seasonal meal, paired with carefully selected wines, that’s guaranteed to an engaging and delicious evening inside L'OCA Labs!
On the menu:
Appetizer: Scallop Ceviche with Yuzu Kosho, Basil Oil Lemon Gelee and Puffed Wild Rice
Entrée: Duck Breast, Slow Cooked in Buckwheat Honey with Kennebec Potato Mille Feuille, Alberta Squash, Duck Jus with Cranberries.
Dessert: L’OCA Cheesecake
This dining experience will be elevated by expertly paired wines, courtesy of L’OCA expert sommelier.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.
A welcome glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class.
Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds are only available for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to the class.
