About this Event
Bodhi Vasilopoulos from Nature's Love and Wisdom will take TPSS Co-op members and neighbors on an educational stroll where we will discuss some common wild edible and medicinal plants that grow in our region. During this event we will cover topics such as plant and mushroom identification, understanding the basics of botany and herbalism, techniques for organic gardening, how to harvest sustainably and prepare different wild edible foods throughout the seasons, and more.
Come learn about the plethora of edible and medicinal plants and enjoy the beautiful weather. This event will be educational and delicious, you won't want to miss it!

**Please note that Sligo Creek Pkwy is closed on weekends so you will not be able to drive into the Sligo Dennis parking lot. Find a nice place to park your car along nearby residential streets. There are ample parking options. We're going to meet near the basketball courts and the public bathroom.**
