☀️ School’s out? Time to shine at Camp Sonshine!
We follow the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) schedule, so when school is closed for some holidays, or teacher workdays, we’ve got you covered! Come join us for a fun-filled day at Camp Sonshine! Our School Holiday Events offer your favorite camp activities year round. With a variety of exciting games, team-building, arts & crafts, sometimes field trips, and meaningful moments, we step in on days when school is out!
Make new friends, and create unforgettable memories that will last all year long.
Important Note on Destination: The specific destination/field trips for these events are still being finalized and will be announced closer to the date. Whether we’re staying right here at Camp Sonshine or heading out on an adventure, it’s guaranteed to be an epic, high-energy day your child will love!
Who it’s for:
Perfect for K–8th grade campers (rising kindergarten through 8th grade).
Event Details (Recurring Series):
- Full-day program with classic Camp Sonshine fun
- Standard hours: typically 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (exact times listed per date)
- Location: Camp Sonshine, 16819 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20905
- Price: $55 per child
