Ecstatic movement is set to music that explores different rhythms, tempos, and energy levels which really releases inner emotions and allows you to go deeper within and express yourself freely and safely
My space is totally safe and non judgmental, we all come together for the same reason to release , let go , heal , move , enjoy the music and have an amazing experience
My sessions are very similar to my chakra dance in the sense that we are blindfolded in order to go within more deeply and so no one feels watched or uneasy . After the movement we lay quietly on our mats and process our experiences as the heart rate and energies slow down .
Please bring water a yoga mat and a blanket .
This deeply healing session is at a self investment of £20 and will be held in my usual venue the barling parish hall little wakering road on Thursday the 23rd Jan 7pm - 9pm full payment at point of booking .
We start with a short cacao ceremony to open up our heart space then we go into a few rounds of EFT to help remove any blocks that may keep you from fully letting go during this experience and then we move & groove where the real healing work takes place followed by relaxation and processing .
