Join us at Wellington Natural Health for a night of free movement and connection. Let the music guide you as you express yourself through dance in a safe and welcoming space. Come as you are and dance in community!

Release your inhibitions and let your body flow with your internal rhythm. Let's create a magical experience together through the power of dance.

No previous experience needed, come with an open heart and your presence!
The dance is self-led -- the evening will end with a grouding breath exercise and mediation to help you embody your experience.

5:45 PM - doors open

6:00- 6:10 PM - opening circle and container setting

6:10- 7:35 PM - ecstatic dance

7:35- 8:00 PM - breath work + mediation / closing circle
