🌟 This sound bath will bring awareness to your body and breath while receiving the soothing 432 hertz high-frequency vibrations of Lindsey's alchemy crystal singing bowls.

🧘🏻‍♀️The gentle sound waves from the crystal bowls assist you with calming the chatter of your mind to enter into a state of deep relaxation. This state of deep relaxation is called theta state, aiding in the intelligence of our body's ability to feel, release, and heal our mind, body and spirit.
