Ecstatic Dance with The Lola Marie

Dancing is part of the human experience. It is a form of exercise, medicine, therapy, self expression, connection, and beyond but sometimes we need some help to reconnect with this part of ourselves. During this time, we will do some intentional breathing, some guided yoga movement, and some suggestions for moving with the music. The Lola Marie will DJ and guide us on this movement journey. You can expect some structure with a lot of room for self exploration, to move, shake, dance and connect more deeply to ourselves and the others around us.
