Take off your shoes… and leave your worries inside. Ecstatic dance is a free movement dance where everyone is safe to be themselves.
Close out your weekend with an Intentional dance experience. We will open this experience with Ceremonial Cacao & community connection. This is an invitation to turn off your phone, and simply be present in your body. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that helps open the heart, and is a delicious staple at our events 💕🪷
Following introductions…
Paul Grosso of Musical Mindset blends powerful drumming, guitar, didgeridoo, and unique improv vocals to create an incredible space for you to let go and DANCE. You can expect a slow ambient opening to stretch and meditate, building into a high energy performance. Paul’s roots come from Greece, but his style blends multicultural instruments, and lessons from his life experience. Some music is available online, but his experience is intuitive, and unique to each group that he serves.
Closing out we will share a Sound bath with All Love Wellness. Softening the body, melting tension, and offering a breathing integration.
