We gather in circle to open the space, set intentions, and connect as a community. This shared beginning invites us to arrive fully, grounding into the present moment and honoring the journey we are about to take together.
The evening begins with the shamanic drum—its steady, primal beat guiding us inward. The rhythm mirrors the heartbeat of the Earth, helping us release distractions, clear stagnant energy, and ground deeply into our bodies. The drum becomes a bridge, calming the mind and opening us to the wisdom within, preparing our hearts for the next step of the journey.
From this rooted space, we are invited to share in the gentle medicine of cacao. Known as the “food of the gods,” cacao opens the heart, enhances clarity, and deepens our connection to ourselves and others. It supports us in moving from a place of openness, receptivity, and joy.
With hearts open and spirits grounded, we step into Ecstatic Dance— A live DJ set from JAYA BLOOM, with silent dance headsets. A free-form movement practice where music becomes the guide and our bodies are free to express, release, and celebrate. There are no steps to follow, only the invitation to move authentically and fully. Through dance, we release what no longer serves, connect with the collective energy of the group, and embody freedom and presence.
Together, this journey—from circle to drum, from cacao to dance—creates a powerful space for connection, grounding, and transformation, inviting you to return home to your body, your heart, and your joy.
The dance floor is a sacred, non-judgmental space where everyone is free to move and express in their own way. To honor the collective experience, we create a talking-free zone, allowing the music and movement to guide us beyond words.
This is also a substance- and alcohol-free space, where we come together in clarity, presence, and respect. The floor is both free and held—an invitation to move barefoot without rules, yet within a container of safety, mutual care, and shared intention.
Here, you are welcome exactly as you are. No judgment, no expectation—just an open, supportive field where your authentic expression can flow.

To co-create a safe and uplifting space together:
No talking on the dance floor – let the music and movement be our language.
Substance & alcohol free – we dance with clarity, presence, and respect.
No judgment, no expectation – everyone is free to move as they feel.
Respect boundaries – honor your space and the space of others; ask with your body before moving together.
Stay present – phones, cameras, and distractions off the floor, so we can fully drop in.
Barefoot where possible.
This is a free yet held space—a container of respect, freedom, and authenticity, where we move as individuals while dancing as one community.
