Ecstatic Dance: Liberated Movement and Flow

I am hosting an ecstatic dance experience that aligns with anti-oppression, anti-racism, and queer liberation.

Together we'll create a space for movement without judgement in community with a diverse group of humans.

This experience will start with introductions (that will include sharing pronouns if you care to share) and intention settings. I will guide you through movement prompts. Then you'll be able to dance and move your body the way it wants to move.

I always recommend bringing a journal and something to write with because while you move, you may feel inspired with an idea or your may have a reflection about something and want to write about it. I would also recommend bringing a yoga mat for the end of the experience. I will guide everyone through a cool down and then use instruments such as a rain stick and ocean drum to give you some time to rest and continue to reflect for a bit before you leave the space.

Don't forget to bring water to hydrate!

Masks are required for this event.

This event is sliding scale $15-$30 or pay what you can.

Crescent Collective has 2 bathrooms on-site and a small parking lot. There is also plenty of street parking.
