Ecstatic Dance Fort Worth is back! What once existed has been reimagined, rooted even deeper in community, presence, and the power of freeform movement!

Welcome! You’re invited into a space where you can move freely, release emotionally, and reconnect to yourself through non-performative freeform dance. Move in ways that feel true to your body.
•
We dance barefoot + without talking on the dance floor, allowing the experience to be inward and intuitive. The music will guide you through a wave ~ building in intensity towards a peak + softening back down ~ while the space is held with clear boundaries to support emotional and physical safety.

Whether this is your first dance or you’ve danced with us before, this is an opportunity to be part of a new beginning! Come as you are and don’t overthink it! We look forward to dancing with you!
