Ecstatic Dance Fort Worth is coming back — slowly, intentionally, and with care. What once existed is being reimagined, rooted even deeper in community, presence, and the power of movement! You’re invited into a space where you can move freely, release what’s been held, and reconnect to yourself through non-performative, freeform dance.
We dance without talking on the floor, allowing the experience to be inward and intuitive. The music will guide you through a wave — building, opening, and softening — while the space is held with clear boundaries to support emotional and physical safety. Whether this is your first dance or you’ve been here before, this is an opportunity to be part of a new beginning!
