Experience a partly-guided movement journey designed to energize your body, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with yourself.
Featuring a live DJ and a SITAR performance!

The chai is made with made with high quality grass fed 3.25% milk, cardamom, ginger, cumin, cinnamon using black indian tea from Assam and lightly sweetened with stevia and (unsweetened aka no added sugar) organic coconut milk š
