Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice set to a curated DJ journey. There's nothing to learn and no right way to move. The music carries you. You come back to your body. You move how it feels good.

7:00 — Doors open · quiet warmup music
7:30 — Main DJ set begins
8:00 — Doors close
9:10 — Closing circle
9:30 — Dance ends

OUR AGREEMENTS
· Sober — drug- and alcohol-free attendance
· Unscented — come fresh, no perfume, cologne, or essential oils
· No talking on the dance floor (except for safety and consent)
· Phones off · no photos or video
· Barefoot or socks only
· All tops on · all bodies, all genders welcome
· Consent in contact · every dancer has the right to dance alone
