Cap City Retro is a 3-night concert event at the Gerry Frank Amphitheater in Salem’s Riverfront City Park. All ages welcome (12 & under enter FREE!) for a summer celebration that includes a variety of food carts and a central bar serving adult beverages to 21 & over attendees.
