Ecstatic dance is a non-judgement, sober space that always you to move as you feel and need. This is a non choreographed dance that allows you to listen to your mind and body, and to reconnect and release. There is no "correct" way to dance! From jumping up and down to rolling around on the floor, all is welcome.

6-6:15pm Arrival and stretches
6:15-7:15pm Dancing time
7:15-7:30pm Closing circle and connect with one another
WHAT TO BRING:
Water
Socks (We dance barefoot but some like to have socks on)
Journal
Yoga mat (for extra support and comfort)
Wear comfy clothes
