eMERGE needs you and your car to be an EV Ambassador for:

We can accommodate your availability on both days or part of one day.
It's important for you to register to ensure we can allocate space accordingly.
As many of you know, we're working hard to get to a broader demographic to spread the EV word.
Together, we plan to bring 5,000 people into downtown Guelph for the two days. We will be in St George's Square - with almost 20 EV vehicles. And we have two Guelph Storm hockey games , one each on Friday and Saturday after the EcoMarket. We expect this to help us draw an even broader audience.

Note that we will be contacting you to confirm the times that you are available on each day. Here is the full agenda
Friday Oct 18
- 3:30 pm: Arrive - St. George's Square and wait for EV Marshalls (that would be us) to direct you to your space on the sidewalk. This will take a while so please be patient.
- 4:00 pm - 7:00pm EcoMarket and EV Show
- 7 :00PM - Departure
Saturday Oct 19
- 10:45 am -Arrive - St. George's Square and wait for EV Marshalls (that would still be us) to direct you to your space on the sidewalk. This will take a while so please be patient.
- 11:00 am - 4:00 pm - EcoMarket and EV Show
- 4:00 pm: Departure
W e can accomodate your availability on both days or part of one day.
Note: Distributing promotional material or selling products or services is not permitted while displaying your EV as part of the EV Show as an eMERGE EV Ambassador.
