Join us for an intimate, deeply immersive experience that weaves together a restorative sound bath and a guided past life regression meditation. This offering is designed to gently guide participants into a relaxed, inwardly focused state where insight, imagination, and subconscious symbolism can naturally arise.
Past life regression is a guided meditative journey that may invite images, emotions, sensations, narratives, or archetypal scenes to surface. For some, these experiences may feel connected to another time, place, or identity. For others, they may be understood symbolically or psychologically, as expressions of the subconscious mind, ancestral memory, or the psyche’s way of communicating meaning through story. All interpretations are welcomed, and the experience is held with curiosity, grounding, and care.
Throughout the meditation, soothing live instrumentation will support the journey, including singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, seed shell shaker, and gong. We will begin and end with gentle breathwork, followed by a closing sharing circle to encourage grounding and integration.
Participants will be provided with journals and invited to write at the beginning of the experience to set intentions, and again at the end to reflect on insights and impressions that emerged. No prior experience with meditation or regression work is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
