Echoes of the Earth: A Primal Sound Medicine Journey of Release and Renewal
About this Event
Echoes of the Earth
A Primal Sound Journey of Release and Renewal
Friday, August 7 | 7:00–8:30 p.m.
Body & Brain Magnolia
Step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the quieter rhythm of the body.
Echoes of the Earth is a grounding, immersive sound journey created with drums, rattles, ocean drum, rain stick, flute and other earth-inspired instruments.
Through rhythm, vibration, breath and intentional moments of silence, you will be guided out of the thinking mind and into a deeper connection with your body, inner awareness and the natural world.
Held during the final phase of the waning moon, this experience offers space to:
- Release tension and what feels complete
- Settle into the body and present moment
- Listen beneath mental noise
- Rest in the space between cycles
- Reconnect with what is quietly ready to emerge
This is not about forcing answers or rushing toward a new beginning. It is an invitation to pause, receive and allow the experience to unfold in your own way.
What to Expect
The journey will begin with grounding and breath before moving through an organic soundscape of rhythm, water, wind and silence.
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, greater body awareness, inner spaciousness or intuitive insight. No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
What to Bring
Please bring:
- Water
- Anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down (for example, a blanket, pillow or cushion, eye mask)
Chairs will also be available.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can settle into your space. Doors will close once the journey begins.
