EBSA Initial Training Course (2) Thursday 22nd January 2026

Initial Training for School Staff and Practitioners:

This training is being offered in person and will take place on:

• Thursday 22nd January 2026 from 9.15 a.m until 3.45 p.m

Please be advised there is free parking but you have to submit your car reg at reception upon arrival. You may have to find on street parking and the venue is a 20 minute walk from Worthing station.

This is a free event for practitioners from schools and other services who work with children or their families who have difficulty attending school due to emotional issues. The training will supplement the updated EBSA guidance and EBSA cards and will provide attendees with further knowledge, skills and practical tools.

Please be advised attendees will need to bring their own lunch.

It is advised that attendees are practitioners who work directly with young people and are able to affect wider change within schools. You are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings will close one week prior to the training event. If the course is full, you can add your name to a waiting list and we will contact you when future dates become available.
