How the evening flows:
Astrology Update – what are the planets doing and how are they influencing us
Crystal Wisdom – crystals to support your energy based on the current energy
Guided meditation – may include breathwork, imagery, sound baths, stories or music.
Journaling – connect to your inner wisdom with guided questions
Oracle Cards – let your intuition guide you and receive the message you need
