About this Experience: Eataly Flow takes over Eataly Shops at Don Mills for a morning designed to energize your day the Italian way in collaboration with Modo Yoga Bayview Village (@modoyoga_bayviewvillageto)
Start your day with a 50-minute guided, all-levels Pilates flow, beginning promptly at 10:35am. Hosted in the Town Square just steps away from Eataly, this ticketed class is designed to help you move, reset, and feel good.
After the flow, head upstairs into Eataly for an Italian-style brunch. Enjoy a curated selection of brunch favourites alongside fresh non alcoholic aperitif-style beverages, shared setting that brings people together.
Blending movement and food, Eataly Flow is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, connected, and ready for the day ahead.

Please Note:
- In case of inclement weather, the class will take place indoors into our Eataly Shops at Don Mills store.
- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest.
- Seating is first-come, first-served.
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 19 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
- Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult, tickets are required for entry.
- Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them.

TERMS, LIABILITY WAIVER & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
By purchasing, booking, or attending any Eataly Flow class (“Classes”) offered by Eataly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms: You confirm that you have received approval from a qualified healthcare provider, such as a physician or midwife, to resume physical activity postnatally. You understand the general postnatal recovery guidelines, typically 6–8 weeks postpartum or 8–12 weeks following a cesarean, and acknowledge that your participation aligns with medical advice specific to you. You agree to inform the instructor of any relevant postnatal conditions, including but not limited to pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, prolapse, or surgical recovery, and you understand that exercise modifications may be necessary for safe participation and agree to follow all guidance provided.
You understand that participation in Pilates and related physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, discomfort, or other health complications, and you voluntarily choose to participate at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, whether known or unknown, which may arise from your participation.
For Eataly Flow classes, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the care, supervision, and safety of your child at all times during the Class. You understand that your child remains in your custody and care throughout the session, and you agree that Eataly, its instructors, and staff do not provide childcare or supervision and are not responsible for any injury, loss, or incident involving your child. You acknowledge that you are entering into this agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of your child, and accept full responsibility for your child’s participation and safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Eataly, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Classes or presence on the premises. This includes, without limitation, any claims for personal injury, illness, damage, or loss affecting you or your child, including those arising from the negligence of Eataly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You further agree that you are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.
You represent that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in exercise, including but not limited to postnatal activity, and that you have received any necessary medical clearance to do so. You confirm that you have no medical condition, injury, illness, or impairment that would make participation unsafe, or that you have fully disclosed any such condition to the instructor prior to participation. You understand that it is your responsibility to monitor your own physical condition throughout the Class, to modify or stop participation as needed, and to seek medical advice where appropriate.
You acknowledge that Eataly is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
You understand that Pilates instruction may involve optional hands-on adjustments, and you acknowledge that you will have the opportunity to give or withhold consent to physical contact at any time.
You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you may decline or stop any exercise at any time. You agree that these terms apply to all current and future Classes attended and that this agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, and legal representatives.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 3 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable only for future La Scuola events and cannot be used to register for events in other parts of the marketplace or exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.
