Are you hoping to change your eating habits in the new year? Join us on Saturday, January 11th at 11:15AM for a seminar about the basics of nutrition. During this seminar you will learn about the macronutrients, why your body needs them and how to consume enough for your fitness goals. There will be a Q&A portion at the end for all of your specific questions to be addressed.
