EASY Date Night: Herb Seared Tenderloin Dinner!

Date Night: each ticket you purchase is good for one person.

Join Bradly Rakowski, owner of Bradly’s HG, for a special night of making his favorite Herb Seared Tenderloin, with Crispy Cheesy Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, and his famous Basque Cheesecake.

Students will be in groups to prepare the entire menu.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• No refunds on classes, past 7 days prior to class.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
