A time of renewal and re-awakening.We will begin with a guided relaxation accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls, drum, chimes and voice to help you to settle, release and let go of tension. You are guided to deeper levels of awareness where you can set your intention, like planting seeds as you connect with the energy of Mother earth.
Then be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs where your body and mind takes what it needs, releasing stagnant energies, leaving you relaxed, retuned and rebalanced.
