CELEBRATE EASTER WITH ITALIAN CLASSICS

Join our expert chefs for a traditional Italian Easter cooking experience, reimagined in our seasonal class format. Discover the techniques behind three beloved Italian recipes while working hands-on to create a selection of festive dishes inspired by Italian Easter tables.

Begin the class with a welcome glass of prosecco before stepping into the kitchen to master authentic Italian cooking methods and flavours. This experience is perfect for lovers of Italian cuisine in London, whether you are new to cooking or looking to refine your skills.

Recipes you will make:

• Arancini al burro con cuore di mozzarella: Golden fried rice balls filled with melted mozzarella for a comforting Sicilian classic.
• Lasagne verdi agli spinaci con besciamella: Layers of fresh spinach pasta, creamy béchamel, and traditional Italian flavours.
• Crostata con crema di ricotta e amaretti: A rustic Italian tart filled with smooth ricotta cream and crunchy almond biscuits.

You will also receive digital recipe cards and a class certificate signed by our chef.

Important information:

• This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)

• Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.

• This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.

• Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.

• If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!

• Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.

Ticket policy:

• ·Tickets are not refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may:

1. Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)

1. Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.

• La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
