This gathering is an opportunity to meet others in the local wellness community, share what you do, and form genuine connections in a relaxed, supportive setting. Whether you’re an established practitioner, a small business owner, or simply curious about holistic living, you’re welcome here.
What’s included:
-A group circle for introductions and sharing about your holistic work or interests
-A gentle yoga mini-session with a CYC Yoga Teacher
-An introduction to East Tennessee's first nonprofit yoga studio with Heather Schneller, Bodhi Wellness & The Community Yoga Center
-A community potluck - please bring a nourishing dish to share
Come ready to connect, exchange ideas and resources, and enjoy meaningful conversation with others who value mind-body wellness. This is a space to build relationships, spark collaboration, and feel part of a growing local wellness network.
