Earthsong - A Breath and Cacao Ceremony
Schedule
Sat Mar 29 2025 at 02:00 pm to 04:30 pm
UTC-06:00Location
The Hawthorn Tree | Cheyenne, WY
As spring stirs the soil and the first green shoots break through, we gather to breathe with the rhythms of Earth. Earthsong is an invitation to root into your body, open your heart, and awaken with the season through the sacred medicines of breath, cacao, and the wild plants of our bioregion.
We’ll begin with gentle, activating movement to prepare the body, followed by a conscious connected breathwork journey—an immersive breathing practice that bypasses the thinking mind and opens a gateway to clarity, release, and deep inner connection. This will be held alongside a warm ceremonial cup of heirloom Chuncho cacao, grown in the Sacred Valley of Peru and carried home with reverence to share with this land and community. Infused with the early allies of our high plains—chickweed, nettle, and dandelion—this offering weaves ancient heart medicine with the resilient green wisdom of home.
Together, we’ll breathe, sip, and soften—letting the earth’s song move through us. We’ll close with a gentle sound integration, allowing what’s stirred to settle deeply into the body.
No experience is necessary. Come as you are. Cost is $55-77 on a sliding fee scale or $88 for both sessions. Please pre-register.
