Was one of your New Years intentions to try new things? If so, this is your chance! Grab a brave friend and join me for an hour long vinyasa flow yoga practice. Experience what it is like to quiet your mind and move your body.
Be sure to wear some green as this is our St Patty’s Day practice! Probably no green beer here as the beer is too delicious to ruin with food coloring.
