Today's run will be about X miles, and will be unmarked. This is a casual run where we will all stick together to leave no one behind, regardless of pace. Looking for even more fun following the run, join Teresa Hansen for Detox Retox! This yoga session in the brewery is the perfect way to stretch it out after the club run, and even finishes off with an ice cold pint of delicious Freedom's Edge brew! Sounds like a wonderful way to spend a Sunday.
