EarthBodies: A 3-part Somatic Movement Experience

When was the last time you felt completely alive in your body? 🌿
Not thinking about it. Not judging it. Just being in it.
Earth Bodies is a three-part somatic movement series with Aislinn Miles, in collaboration with Origin. Across three Saturday mornings we slow right down and come back to sensation, to belonging, and to our place in the living world around us.
01 Re-sensitise · Saturday 17 October: a return to sensation. Waking up our ability to feel, listen and respond to what's moving inside us.
02 Re-member · Saturday 21 November: a return to belonging. Remembering ourselves as part of nature, not separate from it.
03 Re-define · Saturday 19 December: a return to relationship. Softening the line between self and world.
All sessions 9:30–11:30am at The Pantha Way, Port Kembla.
Session one falls on Origin's worldwide day of unity, when thousands of people around the world gather to reconnect with the Earth.
✨ What happens: Guided and free movement, sensory practice, a curated soundscape, rest, some time with nature, and a tea circle to close. All within the two hours.
🤍 Who it's for: Anyone. No yoga, dance or movement experience needed. Everything is an invitation - you can do the whole session lying down or in a chair.
💲 Tickets: $39 per session, or $99 for all three sessions plus an Earth Bodies reflection journal with home practices and nature prompts for those joining in on the series.
The series pass is available until 17 October; after that, sessions are $39 each.
🎒 Bring: Comfy clothes to move in, a water bottle, and a journal and pen if you like.
Come for one, or journey through all three with us.
