Through slow, mindful movement, intentional breath, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and embodied awareness.
Chakras are the body’s main energy centers, each connected to different physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of our well-being. When these centers are supported through movement, breath, and sound, energy can flow more freely—helping you feel grounded, clear, and aligned.
This practice blends fluid, earth-inspired movement with healing sound vibrations to support release, regulation, and inner balance

Jessica Cox
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with training in Spine Anatomy, Breath Work, and a Reiki Master, blending mindful movement with energy awareness and nervous system support.
My teaching journey has included guiding Yoga and Mat Pilates onboard cruise ships in the Bahamas and teaching at Google’s main campuses, where I shared practical tools to relieve tension and restore balance from daily desk work. Through private sessions, I support clients in moving out of pain and into greater ease, using yoga, Pilates, breath, and awareness to help them reconnect with their bodies and feel at home within themselves. My personal highlight and greatest achievement.
