Flow with the Seasons: Donation - Based Cliffside Yoga

Join Lisa and Jamie in a 1-hour oceanfront flow designed to drop us into the energy of the season. Connect your body and breath with the tides and the setting sun.

All levels welcome- come as you are alone or with a friend to breathe and flow together.

Optional ocean plunge offered after class depending on weather and tides- access to the ocean from the park does require a bit of scrambling, so it is unfortuantely not easily accessible for folks with limited mobility.

What to bring: yoga mat, yoga blocks, blanket for the ground, bathing suit/towel for ocean dip, water bottle.

Jamie and Lisa will bring yoga blocks, but it is greatly appreciated to have more to offer to those without them!

PSA- this park allows dogs and there are often dogs off-leash. We'll always try to find a spot away from the highly-trafficked areas- but if dogs aren't your jam, we understand if you'd rather find our other yoga offerings at @lunavive_yoga and @lisadeeee on Instagram
