Let's celebrate Earth Day by cleaning up Banfield Park and dancing lightly on the earth in a three channel, multi-genre silent disco!
We are collaborating with The Nulla Project again to bring you an Earth Day Celebration, including a:
PARK CLEANUP: 4-5:30pm
CLIMATE TALK: 5:30-6:45pm &
SUNSET SILENT DISCO: 7-8:30pm (3 Djs, 3 channels, all playing at the same time that you can switch between)
All Ages welcome!
During the Climate Talk, two guest speakers will lead us through the Pachamama Alliance’s “four levels of action” framework and other actions we can take in our community.
Reserve your headset by suggested sliding scale donation of $20-$22-$25 for Adults, & $5-$10 for Kids. There will be some supported $15-$18 spots too.

DETAILS:
-Come together and give the Earth some love by helping clean up Banfield Park with us; join an action-based climate talk: then let the Earth feel your dancing feet in a 3 DJ, 3 channel silent disco with SISTR, & 2 other DJs. All Ages Welcome! We’ll share a mix of genres (& some earth-themed songs too:)
-*Materials for the park cleanup will be provided, but if you have tongs, gardening gloves & buckets, please bring them!
-*You can join in at any point in the afternoon
-*Walk, Bike, or Ride the Bus if you can
-*The NULLA Project is a Victoria-based, initiative that aims to improve single use, TO GO culture with its reusable containers, cups and glasses. Check this awesome local project out here: https://thenullaproject.ca/The Nulla Project - Reusable Cup Service.
The founders will be at the Park Cleanup, Climate Talk, & Silent Disco to answer your questions.. and they'll be offering cultured kombucha by donation too
