Who are Smart Works Scotland?

Smart Works Scotland are a fantastic charity providing unemployed women with the clothes, coaching and confidence to secure employment and improve their lives! With two centres - based in Edinburgh and Glasgow - their highly skilled team of staff and volunteers are passionate about female empowerment and ensuring that all their clients have the best possible experience at what are crucial moments in their lives. Since opening their first centre in 2014, they have supported thousands of women into employment, with two out of three securing a job within one month of their appointment.
