e84 Immersion Week
Join Jasmine in Vancouver for e84 Immersion Week, a 1-week deep dive into the e84 approach to learning the hot yoga sequence of 84 asanas. This immersive experience is designed to help students build understanding, confidence, and familiarity with the skills in the 84 asanas class.
The e84 Intermediate class is a moderately paced, accessible class that teaches the skills used in the 84 class, breaking down key elements in a way that supports steady progress. It serves as a bridge between the 26&2 practice and the full 84 sequence.
No prior experience with the 84 class is required to attend; however, we recommend the week for those who practice 26&2 regularly and are eager to expand their practice. Expect 3–5 hours of yoga per day, along with a few surprise activities.

Accommodation
There are many Airbnbs and a few hotels in the area. There may also be an option to stay with a local student. Please ask us for help if needed. We can also pair you with other students in the training so you can share accommodation.

Schedule
The e84 Immersion Week schedule is approximately as follows:
Day 1, 3, and 5: Two e84 Intermediate classes per day
Day 2, 4, and 6: One e84 Intermediate class and one Jedi Training session per day
Day 7: 84 Asanas Grand Finale
We alternate between two e84 Intermediate classes per day and one e84 class plus one Jedi Training session. Jedi Training, or “yoga homework,” consists of exercises designed to improve strength and flexibility. We use these exercises to prepare the body for the 84 asanas postures and to build on themes covered in the e84 Intermediate classes. Expect a surprise group outing or two.
About e84 Yoga
e84 Yoga was founded in 2016 by Esak Garcia and is cared for by Esak, Jasmine, and a dedicated team.
The e84 Diploma Program is an immersive two-year journey that cultivates a deep, embodied understanding of yoga as both a lifestyle and a disciplined practice. The program equips leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach and practice the e84 Intermediate class and the 84 Asanas class.

About Jasmine
Jasmine completed her Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has since taught in over 30 countries, leading teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops throughout the year. After her training, she worked closely with her mentor Esak Garcia to help develop the e84 Yoga program, contributing to the design of intermediate training environments for teachers around the world. She is also one of four leaders of Jedi Fight Club, a posture-development curriculum created by Esak.
A dedicated yoga athlete since 2012, Jasmine was the Canadian Champion from 2019 to 2021. She thrives in group settings and is known for creating transformative, high-level yoga travel experiences. As CEO of Hot Yoga Travel Co., she brings together her deep expertise in the original 26&2 hot yoga sequence and her passion for travel to offer immersive events that deepen practice, strengthen community, and support personal growth.
About B90
B90 Yoga at Commercial Drive has been a dedicated home for the original 90-minute 26&2 hot yoga practice for over 20 years. Known for its consistency and depth of experience, the studio is led by teachers who embody the practice and maintain a strong connection to the traditional method. The space is purpose-built for hot yoga, offering a clean, focused, and supportive environment for practice.
B90 has built a reputation as a serious practice space, welcoming dedicated students from around the world who value authenticity, discipline, and a committed yoga community.
This is the fourth time Jasmine has hosted an event at B90, and it is always a really great experience.
