We are sending out a community-wide invitation for members of the public, colleagues from health and social care across both acute and community teams, faith leaders, funeral directors, and other charities to join us in opening up the conversations about death and dying.Hosted by our Hospice teams, join us at our interactive market place at Willow Wood Hospice, where leading professionals in the field can offer insight, interactive resources and information about opening up the conversation about death and dying.
