DVC's PÓKEWEEN Surging Sparks Pre-Release Event. This special Halloween Event will have an exclusive Pokémon Halloween Theme Figurine and Boo-Packs for participation and wheelspins! Come in costume and you will earn extra packs! Registration starts at 6pm - tournament starts at 630pm.
Each Player will receive a build and battle kit that includes a standard playable deck and 3 additional booster packs.
Each player will play 3 rounds BO1. Each entry and play in the tournament will get 3 additional packs at the end of the tournament.
