Calling all Veterans, First Responders, and Supporters! Join the Windsor Chapter of Health4Heroes for a monthly fitness journey around Windsor Lake at Boardwalk Community Park, starting at 10:30 am on the first Saturday of every month.The route is 2.25 miles and can be tackled at your own pace, whether walking, running, or rucking. Stick around afterward for a community hangout at Peculier Ales at 11:30 am, where food and drinks will be available for purchase.
All ages and abilities are welcome!
