Join us for the next instalment of Dust & Groove, a monthly night of vinyl, storytelling, and live music hosted by the one and only Robbie Buck (ex-ABC).
We’re thrilled to welcome Sally Seltmann as our first guest for Dust and Groove 2026 happening on Wednesday February 5th.
Sally Seltmann is an award-winning Australian singer and songwriter whose intoxicating albums including Heart That’s Pounding and Early Moon have captured hearts around the world. She previously performed under the name New Buffalo and is a member of the acclaimed trio Seeker Lover Keeper, alongside Sarah Blasko and Holly Throsby.
Sally co-wrote the worldwide hit and Grammy-nominated “1234”, performed by Feist. Time magazine named the track one of the 10 best songs of 2007. Her music has been featured in international films and television, and her songs have been covered by celebrated artists including Bon Iver.
In 2017, Sally and Darren Seltmann composed the score for the critically acclaimed TV series The Letdown, later winning Best Song for the Screen at the Screen Music Awards for their track “Dancing in the Darkness.”
Sally has toured extensively across Australia and the USA, sharing stages with artists such as Cat Power, Broken Social Scene, Air, and Little Wings.
Expect a night of beautiful music and conversation as Robbie and Sally chat about her songwriting process, collaborations, inspirations, share stories and finish off with a rare, intimate live performance.
