About this Event
The Season of Horror is your portal into Ravenloft, inviting you to the table to experience a new Ravenloft adventure and products set within the Domains of Dread. This event was launched with the adventure, "Grave Awakenings," and continues with "Terror in Tepest."
Note: This is a 2-hour adventure for Level 4 characters.
The troubles that began in Sithicus have spread shadowy raven wings and flown to other Dread Domains, threatening their inhabitants. The witch, Inza Kulchevich, calls on the adventurers for their aid in tracking down these shadow ravens and stopping their foul ambitions.
The mists bring our adventurers to the village of Oatmarsh in the Dread Domain of Tepest. Its farmers and craftspeople live idyllic lives in reverence to the Mother. As the festival of High Harvest approaches, however, their preparations are interrupted by chaos!
This is the Week 1 D&D Encounters adventure. Players are encouraged to bring their character from the Celebrations adventure, "Grave Awakenings," but new players can create a level 4 PC using the D&D Player's Handbook(Standard Array or Point Buy; take one common magic item from the Dungeon Master's Guide).
Please also consider downloading the Magic Companion app in advance of showing up to play. Before the adventure starts, your Dungeon Master will ask you to scan ("log") in on a QR code, which will help our stores - and players! - in the future with promotional items that we can give away that support more official D&D events!
