The DWPC Annual General Meeting will take place at Carnegie Leisure Centre Tuesday 3 Dec 2026 at 6.45pm start.

3. Voting Method - By hand.
4. Approval of minutes from previous AGM & matters arising:

10. Appointment of President and Election of Officers and Management Committee Members for 2026 (Nominations required no later than 7 days before AGM)
11. Appointment of Auditors/Independent Examiner
12. Appointment of Honorary President & Honorary Vice President(s)
13. Life Membership Award(s)
