What to expect:

Join the Faculty of Design, Informatics and Business at Abertay University for a fun day of events tailored for female and non-binary students in late primary and early high school years.
You will meet professionals working in games, cyber security, ethical hacking and computing. Play games and apps made in the city, learn about potential jobs in STEAM subjects, speak with students studying
STEAM courses, and try your hand at game development and testing in the university interactive workshops.

Who is it for:

This event is designed for female and non-binary students from P6 to S2.

About the Ada Scotland Festival 2026:

The Ada Scotland Festival runs from 18 September to 5 November, bringing together partners from education, industry and the third sector to deliver a suite of events and resources championing gender balance in tech and computing. All Ada Scotland Festival events are free to attend.
