About this Event

Move Past the Basics. Master the Performance System

Ready to transition from general population movement mechanics to high-yield athletic performance?

The Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach Level 2 (DSPCC L2) is an intensive, 2-day practical-first workshop built explicitly for coaches, personal trainers, physical therapists, and practitioners who train competitive athletic teams, tactical populations, and high-performance clients.

Knowing the Difference: DSPCC Level 1 vs. DSPCC Level 2

DSPCC Level 1 (The Foundation): Our foundational blueprint. Tailored for movement restoration, baseline functional strength, and structural balance. It is perfectly scalable for general fitness clients, older adults, and young developmental athletes just getting started.

DSPCC Level 2 (The Athletic Standard): Our advanced coaching tier. Designed explicitly for athletic endeavors and high-velocity output. This workshop replaces traditional barbell constraints with explosive kettlebell ballistics, horizontal band-resisted speed overload, and tiered medicine ball power arrays across the force-velocity curve.

What You Will Master

Our curriculum mirrors the elite standard of the industry's top certifications—prioritizing minimal lecture and maximum hands-on coaching application:

Advanced Kettlebell Principles: Move past basic strength grinds. Learn high-velocity ballistic applications, overspeed eccentric swings, and the Kettlebell Iron Yoga framework for building resilient, stable joints under load.

Band-Resisted Speed Tactics: Master the use of horizontal variable resistance to instantly overload linear acceleration profiles, sprinting mechanics, and high-intensity change-of-direction (COD) vectors.

Bi-Phasic Medicine Ball Mastery: Learn exactly how to program along the force-velocity curve using targeted Speed-Strength (max-velocity, high rate of force development) and Strength-Speed (high-mass, absolute power intent) protocols.

The "See, Do, Coach" Testing Framework: You will be evaluated live on your movement execution, your split-second external cueing, and your ability to progress or regress complex drills on the fly. If you can't cue it under pressure, you can't certify.
