Get ready for a hands-on, high-impact science workshop where children become real scientists and create their own erupting volcanoes!
In this exciting session, children will create dramatic volcanic reactions that bubble, rumble, and erupt in clouds of safe fog, bringing the science of chemical reactions to life in an unforgettable way.
Every child takes an active, hands-on role throughout the experiment. They will help construct the volcano, safely add materials, and trigger a spectacular eruption under close supervision from our science team.
To add even more excitement, children will create “smoking” soap bubbles that can be touched, popped, and used for fun bubbly high-fives!
Important Information
All Children must be a minimum of 5 years old and be supervised by an accompanying adult.
All children are provided with lab coats to help protect their clothing during the activities.
If a child attends alone, a parent or guardian may be asked to join in as their lab partner, so please be prepared to get involved.
Due to the use of dry ice and other reactive materials, all activities are fully supervised at all times by experienced science educators. Clear safety guidance is given throughout to ensure safe handling and to prevent direct contact with materials or gases.
£12 per child (accompanying adults free of charge)
