Join us for Drumming for Wellness, a free 12-week community drumming series hosted by Drums Are Life LLC! The program will be led by Folade, a Remo Drums Trained HealthRHYTHMS® Facilitator.This uplifting, multigenerational program uses rhythm to support emotional well-being, physical health, creativity, and community connection. Open to participants of all ages and abilities—including older adults, youth, and neurodivergent individuals—each 60-minute session blends rhythmic instruction, group drumming, mindful movement, and reflection in a supportive, inclusive environment.
