A Brand new daytime Drumming for Wellbeing – The Printworks, Tavistock.
monthly every 1st Wednesday 1pm-2:30pm
Sometimes you don’t need to talk it all out…
you just need rhythm.
This is a gentle, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself through the steady beat of the drum.
No experience is needed.
No pressure to perform.
Just a calm, supportive space where you can relax, reset, and reconnect.
We’ll work with simple rhythms, grounding, and time to just be — allowing the drum to support your nervous system and bring you back into balance.
You can bring your own drum or borrow one on the day.
✨ This is for you if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of some space.
